One Whole Person LLC is a community of people dedicated to becoming the best and healthiest versions of themselves. The idea behind “One Whole Person” is that wellness is not just a state of physical health, but also one of mental health and spiritual health. Being “well” means developing a practice of self-care in all dimensions. This regular practice can look very different for different people. This community is a place to experiment and get support to find what works best for you.
We can provide comprehensive physical training to build or recover functional strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness. We can also help you find a method of physical training that you can manage on your own.
We can provide resources and nutritional guidance to improve or eliminate markers of disease and recover digestive health and function. The end goal of this is changing your eating lifestyle to one that is consistent with your goals, whatever those may be.
We can provide resources to help you care for your mental health, reduce anxiety, and learn to be in the present. The end goal is developing a practice to help you “calm the waves” when the seas get choppy.
